No. 903 – How to wear a tunic dress

Tunic dresses look stunning worn by themselves. They are comfortable and are utterly trendy. Here are some pointers that will help you carry them in style:
Pick the right length for the tunic dress. The best length is when the hemline hits just above the knee. A shorter length works for women of smaller and petite sizes. If you are wearing tunics by themselves then they have to look striking. Pick a design that has a definitive structure like an empire waist, trapeze dress or an A-line cut. Ruched tunics or pieces that have pleats also look jazzy. An interesting print is also an eye-catcher for a tunic. A good way to make the tunic look striking is to accentuate the waist line to bring out the hourglass shape. Combine tunics with knee-high or ankle boots and pumps for the colder months. Matching tights are always a possibility and if you feel like your tunic is too short, wear them with skinny jeans. If you are not sure whether or not it’s a dress – it probably is not. See style sets No. 903 to No. 909
